Default Exlpoded view of AX-15

I need an exploded view of a AX-15. or a link to a site that has good info about rebuilding one. I'm going to give it a whirl this weekend.

Exploded view? Take it apart. There's your exploded view

Seriously. Stack the gears and syncros and bearings and whatchamajigs up on the bench as you pull them off the shaft, and put them back on in reverse order. Piece of cake.

you can buy a new one for $1200, and the labor time for removal, rebuild, and reinstall is estimated at about 10 hours.

Does the rebuild take 8.5-9 hours or something?

Dropping a tranny out of a CJ or YJ is rediculously easy and fast.
