We saw some pretty set up rigs running with bobby longs crew, but they were just heading onto the trails when we were unloading.
We had a pretty short day, when we finally found the beginning of the buzywild after all the logging I found a good tranny leak between my trans and t-case adapter. When I tightened the bolts one stripped in the alum tranny case so I was done for the day. I didnt want to have to replace a tranny case.
We still had fun though. In the first hole we all had to winch after catching air trying to assault the wall of mud. Then on the way out I was picture bitch and wanted JR and Rob to have all the fun they wanted while I took pics. Rob almost put his cj2a on its lid with a wheelstand. Jr did almost the same in the same spot, then hillclimbed the entrance to the mainline trail a few times makeing it look easy. Overall I had fun anyway,. I would post a couple pics but I need a new photo editing program so maybe later.
Next time Sean jump out of the pick-up and pipe -up! We'd loved to have you guys run with us. We ran the new mainline back down to the old busy-wild finished it. Ran the "new" mainline back into the clearcut, Saw where you guys took care business in the mud holes, DAMN!, you guys tore that up! Next time PM me Or Bobby and we'll hook up
Damage report; 1 Sami tierod, 1 Sami rear axle and 2 Toy inner axles(same truck) Oh yea, one headlight

Hey TT I saw you but that parking lot was so crowded we ended up moving our tow rigs out to the road after you guys rolled out. That was tight in there. Yeah we ran up that first hole at the end of the long bridge and it was a must winch. I got up to the top of the other side but couldnt pull myself up the long slimy part afterwards. Thet was two full throttle passes to get up there. I even have a pic of robby green doing a wheelstand in there. We all winched up then had to turn around right there. Thats where we found my leak. I will definitely let you guys know the next time. I wanted to PM you but we were supposed to have 6 or 7 rigs already and wanted a small group. Low and behold 4 backed out the day before.

Sure would be nice to see some of you guys come out and make Elbe a place for all to enjoy. Elbe really needs the support of it's users. We need 4000 volenteer hours this year or we will loose our $100,000.00 grant. Our next work parties are on March 13 and April 10, meet at 8 am in the campground. we need trailers, trail worthy trucks, chainsaws, picks and shovels and equipment opperators. There will be a bar-b-que after the day is over. PLEASE Help spread the word. I know alot of you guys allready come out and have helped with alot of work up there. There has been a large increase in support in elbe for the last 3 years and I am very gratefull Thankyou. There is just so much work up there that is needed to be completed. I have about 20 sheets of paper that are full of things that need to be completed. To put things into perspective I would need 500 volenteers to work 8 hours to reach our goal. So we realy realy need you and all your friends. It's not all work and no play we have fun up there to. Elbe is a ORV park built and maintained by it's users, if you don't like something come out and change it. If you really care about Elbe now is the time to show it. If we lose that grant it will realy piss DNR off and then we will have some problems ! I would much rather have the ability do pretty much as we please than to have the other. Thankyou for your support sincerly Steve r
