Evans Trail condition

Has anyone run Evans since the snow? How is it? Are the trails passable? Trees down? Thinking of running it tomorrow.

Besure to take a chain saw. With the nasty weather I can guarantee you are going to need to clear some stuff out of the way.

We did a night run, got to the trail head around 6:00pm. Not nearly as much snow as I thought, and no trees blocking the trails. We ran up the backside, then 197, and 198 IIRC. It was a beautifully clear and unseasonably warm night. Stars everywhere. But the drive on the way home was foggy, maybe 1/4 mile visibility coming through the Auburn valley. I kinda got disoriented at times thinking I was further down the road than I actually was:(
