Every year Northern Toys volunteers with the USFS patrolling roads where people who have bought a Christmas tree permit can cut their own trees, this is last Saturday's (12/13/03) run

Hey Jim - the road look familiar? thats the road we took you on last year or the year before.
The road is in Skagit County, Baker Lake area off Hwy 20. A few of the roads are groomed for snowmobile use and are off limits to "wheeled" vehicles, Scribers Meadow and Anderson & Watson Lakes trailhead are two of them I know are closed there may be others. This road is NOT groomed for snowmobiles and is open year round...until the snow gets too deep. :)

Yeah - I knew I had been on that road a few times. I don't remember where that hole is though.
Looks like fun - Sorry I couldn't make it with Ethan down for the count!
