I stared long and hard at the map and it looks like Wild Sky covers areas that already have no roads. Jacks Pass is entirely open as are most if not all of the existing roads fanning out from it. You have to hike in a fair distance before you'd hit actual Wild Sky territory.

Believe me there are trails that will be closed if this happens. I know of 1 that is known to only a few which is an awsome trail tops out at 4000 ft with a great alpine view.
