just wanted to post a pic I took of my buddy breakin through the ice up at Evans a few weeks ago.
anybody know what condition the trails are in now?
we were making fresh tracks up 520 untill it got too hairy......

what the trails were like after that wind storm we just had. bet there a few trees down.:finger: bring a chainsaw if you go.

Evans.. unlike reiter is home to a BUNCH of loggers.
As long as it ain't heavily snow covered.. I bet those trees end up cleared out pretty quick.
heck.. the weekend before Naches closed, we were clearing out some 30-36" diameter trees. (yeah.. like the average rig can drive over one of those)
btw - where was that water hole? If it was on the side of a road, which it kinda looks that way. Forest service does NOT appreciate that. ;)

looks like its the waterhole at the bottom of the 198 trail.

thats what I thought, but wasn't planning on elaborating.
There's a lot of people that drive through that.. but those water holes on the side of the road can be a sore point for some of the forest rangers out there.

Just got back from Evans. Broke fresh trail up 520, and couple other ones I don't know the names though....Maybe WSUXJER will chime in, as he lead...I just followed :finger:

Not only that but you wont believe the types of trash that we have cleared out of there in past work partys. All kinds of stuff that would rip up your undercarriage and lots I mean lots of glass from idiots shooting at floating beer bottles. Jim

they fit good, im figuring about 5" of lift to clear them with the front cut to the hood :redneck:
