My buddy Loring and I went to Evans Creek today, and I've gotta say, wheelin' there is much more fun when there's plenty of fresh powder on the ground. :D There was about 6" of snow in the parking lot, and lots more the higher up we went.

Ran 311A and 311B, then most of 197 until we got blocked by a windblown tree (the pic is misleading) :(.

Having already seen the pics from last weekend, when I woke up to the snow at my place this morning, I was stoked - I knew that if the lowlands were getting snow, Evans would be getting plenty. :)

Cool looks like fun. How is your friends top clearing? I am wanting to put my hardtop on the YJ and run it on the snow runs. I have two I guess I can use one for trail damageable since its missing the rear hatch and one side glass. Thanks for the pics..

His hardtop is doing fine so far. I think he rubbed the top edges a couple times today, no biggee at all. The biggest thing I don't like about wheelin' w/ them is that they add quite a bit of weight up high... plus TJ hardtops aren't cheap to replace.

Would be cool to see your rig playin' in the snow Sean. :D Have you had a chance to re-mount your tranny cooler yet?
