So I just installed round LED tail lights in the TJ. Stop and parking lights work great, but when I use my turn signal, they blink super fast. My theory is that they draw more current than the stock lights and the blinker switch isn't rated for that much current. Anyone have any experience with this?s

actualy, they draw almost no amperage..
your stock flasher i think is a # 552, go down to the parts stor and get a trident #el-12 or equivelent.
if you cant find them, i have them for $10 and some change...

What brian said.
Actually, ANY electronic flasher should work, I know schmucks doesn't carry the EL-12 but they have an equiv... I have two in my garage from murdercycle projects ;)

You can also just cut a trace in the flasher board, and put in a solder bridge around the trace. An El-27 should work also.

Colby is right. The "bulb out" circuity is tripped because there is so little draw by the led lights. It is easy to take out the flasher and cut that connection on the board. I don't know what he means by put in a "soldier bridge around the trace". I didn't have to do that.
