Well after losing mine I had a gentleman call me asking about what I knew about mine and how it was being handled. Last week his was stolen and since he has no computer access, I offered to post his info.. His friend posted on wattora so this is what was posted there...
(1/18/07) Today around noon time a 1988 dark grey 4Runner with a black top was stolen from around St Pete's in Olympia (attn South Sound Crew). It was last spotted heading north on I-5 towards Tacoma. It has Wa plates WE 00775 (elk plates). It is rolling 35" Goodyear's on black steel crawler rims. It has a 3" body lift. It has a 8' whip on the hood. This vehicle has NO rear bumper. If spotted call 911 in refrence to Olympia PD case #07-494. OPD number is (360) 753 8300. Officer George Samuelson in the point man on the case. Thank you for your help. Now I must go help my buddy get back his truck.
He also had a bunch of off road type tools (mostly craftsman) in the back, a spare 35" tire, a new high lift, fire extinguisher attatched to the roll bar, a small shovel and a denali softbag of tools.
He gave me his cell number for contact info aside from 911 but if you have any info, I'll let you pm me for that info...
Unfortunatly he doesn't have pics but he said it looks alot like mine.
