The reduced "Early Bird" registration rate for the November 3rd and 4th Yakima event is only for those who register EARLY. Can't find the registration form? "Early Bird" conference registration is $25 for those associated with non-profits and $50 for agency staff and non affiliates before October 6. Standard registration ranges from $50 to $75. The WSTC Conference is a biennial activity of the Washington State Trails Coalition. The Coalition works to protect, promote and enhance a statewide system of trails for both motorized and non-motorized outdoor recreation and transportation. WSTC advocates voluntary and public involvement in cooperation with landowners and managers.
