USFS Travel Plan Comment Period - Letter Generation Meeting
Please note location change from Hiatt Pontiac GMC to Clover Park Rotunda!!!
Location: Automotive Building - Rotunda
Clover Park Technical College

MEETING PURPOSE: To create the maximum amount of unique letters possible addressing OHV issues regarding our USFS Travel Plan objectives.
Materials needed:
Please bring your favorite pen or pencil and paper. We will have plain white paper and spare pens on site. Notebook PCs are great if you have them. Please bring an extension cord with a power strip for multiple power hookups if using a PC.
AGENDA
9:30 a.m. Registration with coffee/beverages
10:00 a.m. Welcome, Agenda Review, Meeting Ground Rules & Introductions
10:15 a.m. Overview of the letter generation objectives and process
10:30 a.m. Letter component generation by topic
12:00 p.m. Lunch on your own (brown bag is fine in this facility) directions to local restaurants will be available.
1:00 p.m. Continue letter component creation by topic.
3:00 p.m. Discussion of next steps and enlistment of volunteers to accomplish them.
3:30 p.m. Adjourn Letter Generation Meeting

DIRECTIONS
ON CAMPUS PARKING: Sunday parking is free and does not require a permit.
DIRECTIONS FROM I-5 NORTH AND SOUTHBOUND
· Take Exit 127 for SR 512 West
· Turn right onto South Tacoma Way
· Turn left onto 100th Street SW
· Cross railroad tracks
· Turn right onto Lakeview Avenue SW
· Cross second set of railroad tracks
· Turn left at sign for Clover Park Technical College and pass through gray gate
· Drive past the first brownish Automotive building on your left.
· The circular silver Rotunda will be the next building on your left and attached to a reddish building marked as building “3”.
· Parking is open on both sides of the entrance road
· The WA OHV Alliance Meeting will be held in the Rotunda building.
