Finally made the decision that I may have other things in my life right now that might be more important than owning 5 vehicles that are all licensed, insured, etc... So the Runner is up for sale.
1986 Runner - Virtually NO rust other than a little surface rust where it has some scratches. NO rust on the frame, floorboards, etc...
22RE - Runs great. Doesn't burn or leak any oil. Unknown miles... I bought it as a used engine, but it looks like a reman engine, and doesn't have any problems that I am aware of.
5spd w/ new Hays Super Duty clutch when I installed the engine maybe 2000 miles ago.
Dual Transfercases mated w/ an Advanced Adapters kit, and mounted w/ a solid Trail Gear crossmember / skidplate.
Solid axle swap w/ an 83 axle w/ a Aussie Locker and 1 1/2" spacers. Rear axle is welded.
Relocated IFS steeringbox.
Crossover / Hi Steer kit from Marlin.
Hybrid Yota rear pack up front. Ford 57" springs in the rear. 15" travel shocks all the way around.
Tires are Michelin 11.00R16 XZL's partially grooved. Very nice radial tires. Partially grooved. About the same height as a 39.5 TSL.
Marlin rocksliders.
Front seats out of some kind of car??? Very comfy. Rear seat, doors, dash, etc... are not torn up. No carpet.
New Pioneer CD Player w/ 2 Pioneer 6x9's
Warn 8274 winch on a very nice custom built mount.
Probably more stuff that I am forgetting....? I drive this thing on the street all the time and have had no problems. It could be a great daily driver/weekend warrior if you changed the gears to 5.29's and put on a rear bumper and some mud flaps.
Not looking for any trades or lowball offers. If it sells, cool... if not I will keep it.
$5700 as is
$5200 w/o the winch... but the mount would stay.
