79 Bronco, 78 F-250

I've got a 79 bronco with a 460 c-6 205 and a 78 F-250 4x4 Extra cab with the same. builder block 460 or core.

* front quad shock parts (just the upper shock towers at this point)
* Bronco factory rollbar
* pair of door mirrors in good condition - this style:

Are the motor mounts in the F-250 bolted in or welded to the frame? I'm doing a swap on mine and need a set. Thanks.
