Got a 73-87 K5 blazer frame that has been boxed in. Has steering box brace welded on and has a burly trailer hitch. Frame was all sandblasted and I got it sprayed gloss black. Looks sweet and is pretty burly. I need this out of my way! $250

you need to get a better idea of the year, 73-87 has a couple different frames for the K5... they changed somewhere around '77

they are all pretty much the same and are interchangable. the main diffrence in them is the bumper mounts. This frame is an 80's frame

Except for the fact the body from a '73 will not bolt onto a 1985 frame or the otherway around without extensive modifications your kinda right. They are the same wheelbase, same width, same length... but there are differences and the exact year (or correct range) is important to know. Floors in the K5 changed right about 1976... front bumper mount changed in 1981... If the frame is from a mid 80's it will work for 81-91 without any major messing around.

Kenny is right, they will not interchange without extensive mods and is NOT an exact match / swap.

73-75 is diffrent because that was the full top K5 will the diffrent floor. From 76-91 the frame's are pretty much the same except the bumper mts. changed in the 80's.
