Walker Valley Logging Operation To Start 1/28/05
The timber harvest is in the NW corner of the ORV area. The first road to the left (yellow gate) passed the trail head on the Peter Burns road is closed up to the junction of Pats trail an Bigfoot trail. Signs are in place at the gate, just downhill from pats and bigfoot trails "Closed to logging Hazards". Heavy equipment, logging trucks and other vehicles will be driving by the trail head parking lot for the next 6 to 8 weeks. There is going to be a lot of traffic in a small area around the trail head. Please keep your speed to 5 mph in and around the trail head and please yield to the larger tucks.
Ride responsibly
Thanks for your cooperation.
